TASTING NOTES
A first herbaceous and floral approach gives way to notes of pine forest followed by pastry aromas, citrus scents and a peppery tip. Laminar seaweed, also known as Neptune’s harness, gives St. Lawrence Gin its characteristic greenish color and a soft, mineral, slightly iodized finish.
