Made with corn from the Montérégie as well as rye and malted barley from the Bas-Saint-Laurent.

75% Corn • 15% Rye • 10% Malt Barley.
TASTING NOTES
A cereal and vanilla approach characteristic of corn whisky aged in new barrels, aromas of brown sugar and dried fruit, notes of orange peel, pungent hint of rye. The slow distillation in a Scottish style still offers a long, mellow and creamy finish.
